Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Estimated delivery times:
Philippines / Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package until it arrives.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a replacement or resolution.
International Shipping & Customs
