At Stickeroo, we want you to be happy with your stickers! Please read this policy carefully.

Physical Sticker Packs

If your physical stickers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

Once verified, we will replace the items or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs fees or import taxes for international orders

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
